Upon the completion of this round of
consultation we will be carrying out a review of the effectiveness of Round Two
consultation programme. This will be used to improve future publicity.
When we meet again I'd like to discuss these
issues with you and C.A.G. so that improvements can be made as part of the
ongoing consultation process.
